Watch: Tenacious D takes over NZ weather report MusicFIX Blog by Adam Bub May 21 2013 3:58PM Uhhh, Jack Black, we're not sure that F-bomb belongs in "Whakatane"!

Tenacious D duo Jack and Kyle Gass made their presence known on New Zealand TV at the weekend when they delivered a weather report like no other on One News.

"Some drizzle for Gisborne" and "Windy Wellington" take on different meanings altogether when said by Jack Black. Watch and enjoy!

The guys braved technical and pronunciation issues — but the clip has racked up nearly 110,000 streams on YouTube, so they must be doing something right.

Tenacious D played Auckland last night, and will play Wellington tonight, Christchurch the next night. If you happen to be in NZ, click here for more details.

They can thank their lucky stars they didn't end up hiccupping mid-report like this US newsreader recently:

READ COMMENTS 0 COMMENTS One Direction bowled over by 15,000 of the loudest screams on earth MusicFIX Blog by Adam Bub May 21 2013 10:51AM The One Direction boys should be used to high-pitched screams following them wherever they go — but they weren't prepared for this.

The British boy band arrived in the Italian city of Verona to the ear-splitting wails of 15,000 1D die-hards. Turn up the sound on this video for the full effect!

Harry Styles and Niall Horan appear flabbergasted by the screams, which sound somewhat like a swarm of bees.

Posted on YouTube by one of the band's crew, Mike Style, the clip shows Hazza and Niall taking a break from rehearsals atop the historic Arena di Verona.

"Easily one of my favourite shows ever," Harry tweeted afterwards. "Incredible venue, thank you so much for having us. You were incredible, I Love Verona. Ciao. X."

The guys might want to invest in some earmuffs — the screams are about to get a whole lot louder. Last week, the band announced that they'd be touring some of the world's biggest venues in 2014 on their first ever stadium tour.

At a press conference last week, Niall said that "we're three years into it, so stepping out to an audience of 65,000 a night is incredible".

There's no word yet on the Where We Are tour coming to Australia, but we'll see the boys here in September for their current Take Me Home tour. They don't stop, do they? Let's hope they don't burn out.
