During her show in Auckland, one of Gaga’s backup dancers accidentally hit the singer in the head with a pole early on in the set. The relentless performer played through another sixteen songs before getting herself checked out by a doctor after the show.
"Emerging from hours of sleep. Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling," Mother Monster tweeted along with the photograph of her bruised eye.
"Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better every day. Very happy to be in beautiful Australia."
Lady Gaga landed in Brisbane yesterday and begins the Australian leg of her Born This Way Ball tour tonight.
