Justin Bieber is whipping up a frenzy as he tours Australia, prompting a security scare when one 14-year-old fan ambushed him onstage during the taping of tonight's Australia's Got Talent finale.
Justin gave her an awkward hug before judge Brian McFadden stepped in and carried the girl offstage. Two celebrity encounters for the price of one!
The fan, Amilia Radevska later told reporters she had no regrets.
"Being, you know, the devoted Bielieber that I am, I just thought, 'It's now or never,'" she said.
The incident came after Justin tweeted his upcoming Rolling Stone magazine cover, which some were quick to realise bore a striking resemblance to another teen icon's cover:
Hot, ready and legal... Justin Bieber and Lindsay Lohan, back in 2004.
Jokes about his career mirroring Lindsay Lohan's aside, this'll be Justin's second time on the cover in as many years. He graced the cover back in February 2011, when he was quoted as saying, "I really don't believe in abortion."
In the most believable crisis management statement ever, Rolling Stone later clarified that "an editing error" had led to Bieber being misquoted by the magazine.
Well, here's hoping their new interview with the pop star features as many interesting editing errors.
