The sprawling epic, titled 'Atlas', is an instrumental save for a few Daniel croons here and there. Daniel wrote the song in collaboration with the Australian Chamber Orchestra — and said the experience was a first for him.
"I'd never had a brief before," he said in a video introducing the campaign (above).
"I wanted to make something that sounded international because Qantas is representing Australia, so I wanted it to sound big."
"It was a conscious effort to make a good piece of music and not just a jingle."
