This is one 11-second video 15-year-old One Direction fan Melena Butera will never forget.
Irish heart-throb Niall Horan took time out of his busy schedule to give a special shout-out to Melena, an American teenager with Down's Syndrome whose One Direction-themed video has caught the attention of fans around the world.
"[Your film was] absolutely incredible ... You're a massive fan we know," Niall says.
"All the love from the boys."
The original video was a part of an online campaign by Melena's older sister Julianna, 20, to get the band to meet her in person for her birthday, which is close to their concert at Madison Square Garden on December 3.
"See you soon," Niall teases at the end of the clip.
