The 'Battle Scars' singer went to mush at the mere mention of his bub's name in our exclusive interview above.
"I never get used to him, every time I look at him, I'm like 'you're ridiculous'. It's stupid how cute he is," Guy told TheFIX.
The 30-year-old X Factor judge popped out his iPhone to show us shots of his little munchkin, and asked, "is he not just the most ridiculous looking kid you've ever seen?"
The other baby giving Guy joy in his life at the moment is his new album Armageddon, which debuted at number two on the ARIA charts yesterday.
"There's things that I've never bothered to write about, things about religious and political intolerance," he revealed.
"There's a song called 'Big Bad World', about wanting to shield my kid from bad things in the world, even though ultimately I can't."
Guy surprised us with an impromptu a cappella rendition of the title track 'Armageddon'. What a voice!
