2012 MTV EMAs: 'Drunk' Lana, Kim's onstage trip and Heidi's frock horror

This year's MTV Europe Music Awards have happened — and this year's theme was definitely 'wobbly!'

Lana Del Rey slurred her words as she presented an award to Taylor Swift, and Kim Kardashian was one high heel away from an epic stack as she tripped over her dress on her way to the podium.

The big winners this year included Taylor, Justin Bieber, Psy and Carly Rae Jepsen, who won Best Song.

Host Heidi Klum rocked some outrageous fashion throughout the night, none more so than her Versace red carpet gown, which looked like something straight out of Jennifer Lopez's 90s wardrobe!

Lana Del Rey oddly scooped the Best Alternative Act award - although the most alternative thing about her on the night was her grungy boyfriend!
