The footage was reportedly taken at an American Music Awards after-party last week at LA's Liquid Party nightclub.
The 'Chasing the Sun' singers took to the club's stage, where Jay's bandmate Max George challenged party-goers to a drinking match.
"Who thinks they can down this beer before [bandmate] Nathan can?" Max asked the crowd.
"If you can, you get to kiss Jay, I'm talking tongue in mouth for a good 15 seconds."
The rest, as they say, is history. Jay was definitely glad this lucky brunette came!
