Wanted: Tall brunette with miserable facial expression (just one), amazing fashion sense and ability to follow basic dance routines. Singing talent not necessary.
That may be the job advertisement we'll see if the latest rumour about the Spice Girls reunion is true (which is questionable, given Sporty and Baby's responses read on).
The legendary British girl group is reportedly on the lookout for a replacement for Victoria Beckham, the Daily Mail reports.
But, like any celebrity job application, there needs to be a process. According to the Daily Mail's source, it's a reality talent search show, much like the one Mel B judges in Australia, The X Factor.
"The girls are going it alone without Victoria. They are keen to get back together and were trying to work out if they could do it as a four-piece," the source told the paper.
"I think they know this is the last chance for them to get the band going again.
"But the Spice Girls as a foursome is not going to get them another record deal or sell out big venues. They need an extra cherry on the cake. And the cherry on the cake would be if they replaced Victoria."
The source said that the "search for the next Posh" is being done in a "very cloak-and-dagger way and not through official channels".
"At the moment they're thinking who, out there, who's been in a another band, could 'be' Victoria," the source claimed.
"There would be interest in a television series, but I think they're keen on someone with industry experience rather than discovering a new star."
However, Sporty Spice tweeted in response to the rumour this morning: "It seems there has been some Spice-related nonsense written today. None of the Spice Girls would ever or could ever be replaced #justsayin".
Baby Spice added her opinion on Twitter: "None of the Spice Girls would ever or could ever be replaced, nonsense in the papers!!!"
Posh's publicist told the Daily Mail that "Victoria respects all of the girls and will always support them all personally and professionally".
The report comes just days after the girls reunited to launch their West End musical Viva Forever in London.
Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell posed together on the red carpet, while Mrs Beckham kept far away from her bandmates.
When they did share a photo op with the show's cast, Posh looked disinterested. She reportedly arrived late, missing a photo shoot with the girls and holding up the show.
The band reunited in August for a barnstorming performance at the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony.
Their last reunion tour was in 2007 and 2008, but ended early when dates for Australia, Asia, South America and Africa were mysteriously cancelled.
