"We're talking about it now," Paltrow talked up a potential contract to Access Hollywood. "So we'll see."
The actress also revealed her ideal singing partner would be none other than Jay-Z. "I think we'd be a good combination," she told fashion guru Tim Gunn during the Oscars. "He is a genius - and I'm his biggest fan."
