Joe Jonas has allegedly hit back at ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift's claims that he cheated on her before dumping her via a 30 second phone call.

A post on the Jonas Brothers' official Myspace blog reads:

"I have never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me."

The blog entry goes on to imply that the 'other party' hung up on Joe, and that he tried to end the relationship amicably.

"I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear."

Either way, we bet neither of them will be short on a date for long.

Fifteen-year-old Miley Cyrus wasn't even born when Michael Jackson released 'Thriller', (hell, even Billy Ray was probably still chasing gigs at poky mid-western bars at that point) but the young singer's new video clip plans to mimic the epic 80s production.

The clip for 'Fly on the Wall' will feature Miley and her boyfriend being set upon by a mob of unruly creatures, but unlike Jackson's clip they won't be werewolves and zombies but... paparazzi.

It sounds a little dubious to us, but you never know, Miley's tribute could be awesome. It's happened before. Like that time 'Thriller' was remade by a few hundred prisoners in the Philippines. Remember that?

The first lady of pop has used her super-human presence to shed light on an important issue, speaking out against the lack of educational opportunities available to women in Africa.

Taking time out of her busy tour schedule this month, Madonna released details of her current project, the building of a girl's school in Malawi, in order to raise awareness of the region's poverty.

If all the hype isn't enough, a prematurely leaked sample mix of six songs from the album 'Circus' has just been posted online, several weeks ahead of the album's release date of December 2.

The songs on the leaked track include 'Circus', 'Out From Under', 'If U Seek Amy', 'Unusual You' and the hot pararazzo-slamming dance floor slammer 'Kill the Lights'.

'Circus' is Britney's seventh studio album. Could it be her best yet?

It hasn't even opened in cinemas yet, but the Twilight movie soundtrack has already skyrocketed up the charts to number one in the US.

Featuring hits from Paramore, Muse and Collective Soul, the soundtrack is suitably dark, romantic and moody for the upcoming vampire flick.

The album hit sales of 165,000 in the first week alone, with nearly 30 percent of them being digital downloads. That makes it the second-biggest digital seller in a week since the software became available in 2004.

When Rick Elden agreed to let an image of his 4-month-old son be used for the album cover of 'Nevermind', he had never even heard of the band Nirvana.

Spencer Elden is now seventeen, and has recreated his famous image for an MTV documentary – though he's opted to cover up this time.

"It's kind of creepy that that many people have seen me naked," he claims. "I feel like I'm the world's biggest porn star."

Getting his kit off might be history, but funnily enough he's still chasing that dollar.

"Every five years or so, somebody's gonna call me up and ask me about Nevermind... and I'm probably gonna get some money from it."

You can hardly blame him for that, right?

After a decade of churning out pure pop sounds and flaunting her unique flash-trash look, Christina Aguilera is looking for a new, more mature style.

The new mum has announced she plans to team up with eccentric Aussie singer Sia for her upcoming album, hoping that her ethereal voice will add a fresh touch to her latest work.

“Her voice has a really cool sound to it. It’s really gritty and unique,” says Aguilera. “I’m not exactly sure what we’re going to get when we go into a studio together. There’s probably magic to be had.”

The new album will allegedly also feature collaborations with Goldfrapp and electro-pop kids Ladytron.

Just in case she wasn't busy enough releasing albums, singles and video clips left and right, getting married and globe-trotting with rapper hubby Jay-Z, Beyonce has revealed she's ready to make another movie – so it's kind of fitting she's set her sights on Wonder Woman.

"I want to do a superhero movie and what would be better than Wonder Woman?" she told US press. "And it would be a very bold choice. A black Wonder Woman would be a powerful thing. It's time for that, right?"

Beyonce has allegedly been in talks with DC Comics and Warner Bros with plans to make it happen.
