Number one singer Guy Sebastian has teamed up (kinda) with number one singer Miley Cyrus, covering her hit single 'The Climb'. You can check out his acoustic performance of the song, in which Guy is also on the piano, below.

Watching this clip kinda makes me think that none of the singers on this year's Australian Idol even come close to matching Guy's standard, but maybe that's just me...

PS: does "Guy" and "Miley" make anyone else think of "Guy Smiley"? No? Just me, then...

I love Guy, but hate that photograph of him. His version of the climb is the best there is. No argument from me about that.

it's usual to like the version you hear first but Guy has overtaken Miley for me. - by a Miley or 2 or 3.

I couldn't listen to the whole thing I'm sorry, it's just that his voice sounds restrained. Like he can't get the whole emotion out.

how weird is that out of all songs in the world espeically mileys i thought he would pick something else it just sounds lyk its ment to be sung by a girl not soo much a guy lyk him and with his type of song style lyk his latest hit. sozii guy sebastion it just doesnt make sense.

Miley's voice has more power and more coverage. The range for the song is not made for a male voice. He sounds as if he is really reaching to get the high notes.
