Flo Rida's done it again with yet another hit track. The US rapper's current single 'Right Round' is holding on to the top spot after 2 weeks at number 1 on the Australian singles chart.

Flo Rida, who calls Florida his home town (do you get the link there?) is best known for 2008's hip hop anthem 'Low'.

The infectious 'Right Round' uses a catchy sample of 80's track 'You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)' by Dead or Alive.

'Right Round' features lady of the moment Kesha (who's recent music exploits include a cameo in Katy Perry's 'I Kissed a Girl' video and co-writing of The Veronicas' 'This Love'). In 'Right Round' she sings the lyrics "you spin my head right round, right round when you go down, when you go down, down". Saucy!

The video is complete with scantily clad beauties, twirling disco balls and of course Flo getting in amongst it - watch out for the topless moment!

It wasn't a case of too much booze, though: poor Katy was deathly ill all day. But she doesn't seem to mind getting sick at the awards, texting Perez Hilton to boast that it's so "punk rock" to "barf and bail".

Despite always looking amazing and perfectly groomed even after taking a cake-fuelled spill onstage, Katy Perry insists she's just a normal girl – and kind of a slob at that.

"I’m a real person, not some manufactured pop tart who’s afraid to step out of the hotel room. I am flawed. I swear, I have the occasional cocktail, I pick my nose and I fart. I’m not running for any presidential campaign at the moment. I’m a sassy girl," she told US press this month.

That she is... but that "manufactured pop tart" comment sounds suspiciously snarky to us. Is she having a go at Britney Spears' widely reported refusals to come out of hiding to say hello at public events?

Katy's already been in hot water recently for calling Lily Allen fat, so maybe she counts a little casual bitching among her more human qualities, too.
