The Pussycat Dolls have unveiled their cover of 'Jai Ho', the Academy Award-winning song from the hit movie Slumdog Millionaire.

You can take a sneak peek at PCD's version of the song at DesiHits.com. Produced by Ron Fair, who's worked with Christina and Fergie, the tune mixes top Pussycat Nicole Scherzinger's voice with composer A.R. Rahman's.

In a statement, Nicole said it's "an honour" to ~~ride the success~~ be a part of Slumdog Millionaire. " I can only hope and pray Slumdog Millionaire, and my version of 'Jai Ho'... touches and connects people all around the world."

Hmm. The notoriously trampy Pussycat Dolls are covering a song called 'Jai Ho'. Must... resist... making... cheap joke...

(Actually, Rahman told Oprah that 'Jai Ho' translates to 'May victory be yours'. And now you know!)
